This is part of the government\u2019s strategy to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism. <strong>alle udbydere af virtuelle kontorer<\/strong> at f\u00f8lge en r\u00e6kke procedurer ang\u00e5ende kundeidentifikation. Dette er en del af regeringens strategi til bek\u00e6mpelse af hvidvask af penge og finansiering af terrorisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V74 is therefore legally obligated to request information from new customers regarding, for example, the company\u2019s purpose, ownership, and activities in other countries. We are also required to request copies of photo ID and health insurance cards from the company\u2019s beneficial owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a company is unable to meet these requirements, it is not possible to establish a virtual office\u2014neither with us nor with other providers of virtual offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, it is not possible to obtain a virtual office for a company that is not already registered with a Danish CVR number. If you wish to have a virtual office for a company that has not yet been established, you must first register the company at another temporary address (this is typically done at an owner\u2019s home address).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only offer virtual offices to Danish companies. If you need a Danish address for a foreign company, you will in most cases need to seek assistance from a lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Identity Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All beneficial owners of a company are required to submit documents for personal identification. It is also a legal requirement that the beneficial owners must appear in person at V74\u2019s address so that their identity can be verified. In certain cases, such as when an owner is located far from Copenhagen, an online meeting may be arranged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Danish owners<\/strong> must submit the following two documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Health insurance card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photo ID (driver\u2019s license or passport)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non-Danish beneficial owners<\/strong> must submit photo ID and proof of current company address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accepted Types of Photo ID for Non-Danish Owners:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passport (valid for at least 6 months)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EU\/EEA driver\u2019s license with photo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residence permit type F or D (laminated card with photo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ID card valid for entry and exit in Denmark<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accepted Types of Proof of Company Address for Non-Danish Owners:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Electricity, water, heating, or telephone bill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual tax statement or insurance policy for the rental property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commercial lease invoice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank statement (must be downloaded directly from the bank\u2014photos are not accepted)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Document Requirements:<\/strong> Documents proving the company address must be dated within the last 3 months; all four corners must be visible; they must clearly show the full address and company name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Security and Processing of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act, all information collected about the owners and the company is stored securely and will only be used to fulfill our legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Handling of Mail and Personal Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you use our virtual office address service, we can, upon request and with your written consent, open, scan, and forward your mail to you. We do not read the contents of the letters\u2014we only open the envelope and scan the documents. The processing of personal data in this context is based solely on your explicit consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). This consent can be withdrawn at any time by written notice to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Types of Information:<\/strong> We process the information that may appear in your mail, including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Names, addresses, and contact details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business-related information (e.g., invoices, contracts, correspondence)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other personal data that may appear in the received documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processing and Storage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mail is only opened by authorized personnel and scanned in a secure environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scanned documents are immediately deleted after being sent via email, unless you request us to store them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original mail is immediately destroyed (shredded) after scanning, unless you request us to keep it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Security Measures:<\/strong> We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access control to physical mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encrypted storage of scanned documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restricted access for employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your Rights:<\/strong> You have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Withdraw your consent at any time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request access to, correction, or deletion of your data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request restriction of processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.datatilsynet.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.datatilsynet.dk\/<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Forwarding and Data Sharing:<\/strong> We only forward scanned documents to the email address you provide.
