The notice period for private offices is 3 months.
Offices can be taken over empty or furnished without any difference in price. If you choose a furnished office, it will be furnished for you with your desired number of workstations - height-adjustable desks, office chairs, table lamps, shelves and wastebaskets. If you want a sofa, conference table or other furniture, you are very welcome to bring it. You are also welcome to hang pictures and decorate the office exactly as you wish.
Yes. We have 32 private offices ranging in size from 1-12 people, so there are plenty of opportunities to move internally.
Yes. All tenants have access to V74 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Whether you work best early in the morning or late at night, V74 welcomes you.
Yes. You can sign up for our popular lunch plan from Dabba, or use one of our three kitchens to prepare your own lunch.
