Below you can read the general terms and conditions for purchasing a virtual office from V74.

Prices and payment

All prices on V74.dk are in Danish kroner and excluding VAT.

Payments are made with a Dankort, Visa card or Mastercard via the payment link that is sent with the invoice.

Payments are made in advance in intervals of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on what you agree with V74 when entering into an agreement for a virtual office.  

When paying, you accept that V74 ApS can automatically withdraw money from your card according to the selected payment interval (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually). You are responsible for updating your payment information if the linked card is blocked or expires. This can be done via the FarPay page (via payment link) or by contacting V74 at kw@v74.dk.

Automatic payments can be stopped at any time by contacting V74 or via the FarPay page (via payment link). Please note, however, that a real termination of a virtual office must be submitted via email to V74 (no later than the last day of a calendar month). It is not sufficient to simply cancel an automatic payment, as this is considered a default rather than a termination. See the concluded contract for further information on termination.

If a virtual office agreement is terminated within a prepaid period, any remaining amount will be returned. See the concluded contract for further information on returning prepaid amounts.

V74 uses FarPay as a payment gateway. FarPay uses the SSL security protocol, which encrypts information between an internet browser (the cardholder) and an internet server (the merchant). This means that the information transmitted when paying with the card is protected during the transfer from the computer to us. As a form of encryption in electronic commerce, SSL is widely used and is considered a very secure solution.                      

Data processing

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act, all information collected about the customer is stored securely and will only be used for payment and to fulfill our legal requirements.

General contractual conditions

The general conditions applicable to the use of a virtual office are stated in the contract that is entered into at the beginning of the contractual relationship with V74 ApS.
