Do you have a question about virtual offices?
A virtual office gives you a professional business address without the need for a physical office. You can use the address for business registration, on your letterhead, your website and in all correspondence — while working from wherever you want. At V74, your address is Vesterbrogade 74, 1620 Copenhagen V — a real office building where over 35 companies do their daily business.
500 kr. per month. That's it. No setup fee, no deposit, no hidden costs. You pay one fixed price and everything is included.
- Professional business address at Vesterbrogade 74, 1620 Copenhagen V
- Daily mail scanning — we scan your mail and send it digitally
- Address for use on virk.dk, website, invoices and letterhead
- Termination at the end of the month — no long term contract
V74 is not a mailbox factory. It is a real co-working space that has existed since 2002. Your address is in a real building on one of Copenhagen's most central streets. We have no setup fees, no deposits, no commitments — and daily mail scanning is included in the price.
It takes less than 5 minutes:
1. Fill out our registration form
2. Send proof of identity (required under money laundering legislation)
3. Sign the contract digitally
4. Update your address on virk.dk — done.
It typically takes 1-2 business days to set up your virtual office. The timeframe varies depending on when we receive documentation.
Yes. The address can be used to register your company with the Danish Business Authority via virk.dk. This applies to sole proprietorships, ApS, IVS and other forms of company.
We receive all your mail at the address. Regular mail is scanned daily and sent to your email. We store packages and notify you so you can pick them up — or we can forward the packages physically for a fee of 50 kr + postage.
Yes. We are obliged to comply with money laundering legislation and therefore require identification (ID and health card or passport) when you register. This protects both you and us, and ensures that the address is credible to authorities, banks and partners.
In practice, the terms are often used interchangeably. A c/o address is technically just a mailing address at another company. Most virtual office providers require you to include c/o in your business address, but you don't have to with V74. Your address is simply:
Your company name
Vesterbrogade 74
1620 København V
Yes. Many of our virtual office customers choose to move in physically at some point — either with a permanent office space (3,100 kr/month) or a private office (from 3,100 kr/person). As an existing customer, you have priority when spaces become available.
Everything from start-up sole traders who need a professional address to international companies that need a Danish registration address. Freelancers, consultants, e-commerce companies and holding companies are typical customers.
Yes. Because V74 is a real office building with CVR-registered companies and we comply with money laundering legislation, Danish banks typically accept the address without any problems. This is one of the advantages of choosing a virtual office in a real office building rather than a pure PO box solution.
No. You can cancel at the end of the current month. No minimum period, no fixed agreement.
